Shipping Rates for Australia, Canada, France, United Kingdom and United States:

• There is a $12.65 USD Shipping cost for orders All orders in United States.
  
• There is a $19.00 AUD Shipping cost for orders All orders in Australia.
• There is a $18.00 CAD Shipping cost for orders All orders in Canada.
• There is a €11.95 EUR Shipping cost for orders All orders in France.
• There is a $19.00 GBP Shipping cost for orders All orders in United Kingdom.

Shipping and Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use that to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2-3 Weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zadiabate12@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter asap.
